Tadpole Autopilot is helps you optimize Reserved Instances to maximize cloud savings, potentially reducing compute costs by over 60%.

Tadpole Autopilot evaluates AWS compute usage and automatically acquires no upfront Reserved Instances to ensure cost optimization, charging a 25% fee on the savings. It proactively manages and sells Reserved Instances on your behalf, taking into account existing Savings Plans and Reserved Instances to prevent overcommitment.

Users must register as sellers in the AWS Reserved Instance Marketplace to facilitate the sale of unused Reserved Instances.

Note: AISPL customers are excluded due to AWS Marketplace restrictions. Tadpole Autopilot respects existing cloud commitments, ensuring no additional fees for these.

Please note that there is a 30 day lock-up period to sell RIs. If you expect a significant downward trend in usage, please contact us before enabling autopilot.
